ADHD

The single most difficult task for someone with ADHD is to Prioritize. Often the distraction, overwhelm, and frustration associated with ADHD leads to an inability to focus and organize. The resulting impact on Relationships, Work, and Healthy living can be devastating. Can my ADHD be controlled, and managed into remission? Yes it Can. Our program is tailored to meet your individual needs but structured enough to drive accountability, get results and maintain those results. Our coaches will work in conjunction with medications prescribe by your health care provider, or any natural ADHD substitutes you are using, however we do not prescribe medications. Our ultimate goal is rapid improvement of symptoms and a reduction in the need for pharmacological intervention as we work together to reframe habits and address any associated issues.
